A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS...... (I will be adding more later) Bought from Aldies, only 1 Point per stick Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches Only 2 Points Each (Also bought from Aldies) 1/4 of a Cup is 0 points (That is AWESOME for Cheese) ICE CREAM!!! Only 3 points for 1/2 a cup! This is my favorite flavor I Love pizza and was hesitant to try TURKEY pepperoni, but I could honestly tell no difference and they tasted so good just plain! Only 2 Points for 17 pieces! I found these at Aldies and they are only 1 Point each! Only 1 Point PER SLICE!
Rewards? Reaching Goals? Setting Goals? Incentives? I went out this evening and bought a jar from Dollar tree and added "Fit Tip" on it with vinyl. What is this Jar you may ask??? For every Pound that I lose I put $1 in the Jar. For every Good exercise I do, I put $1 in the Jar! This $$ is for me! SO far I have $18 in it! 17 for the pounds I have lost and $1 for a great workout today!!! I am planning on using this for new clothes as I lose along the way! :) Just something to small to help make my journey a little more fun!!!! Sometimes all it takes it something very small to get us motivated!!!
I keep getting asked alot exactly what is my routine since joining Weight watchers! So here is a breakdown of a normal day in the life of ME! I get up every morning at 7am. I get my 2 Toddler boys up (ages 4 and 5). I get them dressed and ready for school and while they are eating breakfast I normally have a Protein Shake for breakfast.... This is what I drink. I have tried Caramel, Chocolate, Strawberries and cream and banana and cream so far and LOVE everyone of them! I like to put mine in the freezer for 30 minutes before drinking. Drop kiddos off at school and do my thing. I try 5 times a week to come home and walk on my treadmill for 2 miles (38 minutes). I have been able to work myself up to jogging for a few seconds at a time every so often (who knew I would enjoy to jog... just can't do much yet, but plan too!)! I shower (thats the worst part of exercising, you have to instantly get in the shower) and then do some laundry or some housework and ...
